Silesia Merit Group Privacy Policy
Last update: May 24, 2024.
What data we collect
At Silesia Merit Group, we respect your privacy and act transparently. When you contact us through the form on the website or by email, we only save what is necessary to help with the automation of your factory. We collect your name, surname, company name, phone number, and e-mail address.
This data allows us to prepare for a conversation about your plant, call you back at an agreed time, and issue documents if you decide on our services. We don't ask about anything that is not needed for our common work on the factory floor.
Purpose of data collection
We use your data for a specific purpose: to provide you with engineering support, schedule a technological audit, or answer questions regarding training for the crew. We do not sell or share any information about our clients with external advertising companies.
If you consent, we will sometimes send you a short piece of information about new solutions in Industry 4.0 that can actually help your production. Every day, we make sure that your data is safe and stored in accordance with Polish law.
Cookies and technology
Our website uses cookies to function smoothly and be readable on every device. Thanks to them, the site knows whether you prefer light or dark mode, which makes browsing our offer easier. These are standard files that are not used to track your online activity outside of our service.
If you do not want your browser to save this data, you can disable cookies in your program's settings. This will not change the operation of most of our site's functions, but it may affect the convenience of using it.
Your rights
You have the full right to know what data we hold about you. If you want us to correct your data, remove it from our database, or simply want to ask about what we do with it, just write to us at kontakt@silesiamerit.pl or call +48 32 780 15 90.
We are a local company from Katowice and we act honestly. If you think that anything in the way your data is processed is wrong, you have the right to report it to the appropriate supervisory authority in Poland. However, we always encourage direct contact – we are here to solve problems, not to create them.
