Terms of Service for Silesia Merit Group

Silesia Merit Group is a team of engineers from Katowice that helps local factories automate their production. Cooperation with us is based on simple principles, without unnecessary formalities. We start every order with an audit on the factory floor, which allows us to exactly understand the challenges your plant faces. We commit to delivering solutions that are adapted to the realities of your production, not just to catalogs of modern equipment. Our work is focused on the real profit of your company and improving the convenience of work for operators. We focus on reliability and concrete actions, which is why each of our services is discussed individually so that you know exactly what you are paying for and what you can expect after the implementation of new technologies.

As Silesia Merit Group, we are responsible for the correctness of system installations and training the crew on their operation. Our task is to ensure that the technology works without failure and supports the efficiency of the plant. For our part, we expect the client to provide access to the production hall at the agreed time and for the crew to be open to learning new tools. If we encounter difficulties during implementation, we solve them together without unnecessary delays. We do not interfere with the operation of machines that are not covered by the scope of our work unless we agree on it separately in an annex to the agreement. All our actions are in accordance with Polish OHS regulations and engineering standards, which guarantees safety for your employees and continuity of your technological processes.

Clear payment rules are the foundation of our work at Silesia Merit Group. All quotes for audits, implementations, and training are provided in writing before the work begins. We do not recognize hidden costs – if the need arises to perform an additional task, we inform you in advance so that you can make a decision. Payments are made based on VAT invoices, with payment terms agreed upon individually. We conduct settlements in the Polish currency (PLN). We believe that an honest approach to money builds the trust we need for long-term cooperation in Silesia. For larger projects, we offer a phased payment schedule, which allows for better management of your factory's budget without suddenly burdening your finances.

We try to resolve any disputes that may arise during our cooperation amicably. Our office is located at ul. Chorzowska 148 in Katowice, and we invite you here for personal meetings if the need arises. As a local company, we value relationships with our partners, and we believe that every situation can be resolved over a cup of good coffee.
