We don't promise miracles, we fix what isn't working

At Silesia Merit Group, we don't believe in long presentations in air-conditioned conference rooms. We believe that the best decisions happen at the machines. That's why our first meeting is simply a visit to your factory floor in Katowice or the surrounding area.

We arrive in work clothes, have a coffee from your machine, and listen. We want to see where employees are losing time, which sensor keeps jamming, and why the line is down more often than it should be. We don't pretend to know everything better than you – you know your machines best.

What does such a meeting look like?

• We watch the processes live, without unnecessary preparations.
• We talk to the operators to understand their problems.
• We check the technical condition of the line from an automation perspective.
• We analyze what can be improved at a low cost and what requires a larger investment.

After such a visit, you won't get a thick binder with marketing charts from us. You will get a concrete list of things to do. We will write plainly: what needs to be replaced, what is enough to repair, and where it is worth investing in a new controller.
